Ministry Overview
A Short Overview of Our Ministry
In A Nutshell ---- a new Ministry committed from its beginning to be as New Testament in practice as possible, committed specifically to evangelization of all nationalities represented in North, South and Central America , discipling them into faithful followers, equipping them to do the same, and planting churches everywhere possible.

Theology ---- Biblical in doctrine, Baptistic in content, relevant in application and practice. Built on the Bible as our only authority and source of doctrine.

Focus ---- international in scope -- all nations in North,Central and South America and elsewhere. Ministering to Nationals in North, Central and South America for the purpose of evangelizing, edifying, equipping, sending, and planting.

Biblical model ---- Acts 2:41-42 (personal evangelism, discipleship, worship, fellowship, mutual ministry, and prayer)

Platform ---- Spanish and English language as the means of reaching any and all people groups represented on the American Continent, expressed through multiple channels of ministry and primarily personal evangelizing house to house.

Polity ---- congregational in spirit, Presbyterian in function ---- a "team" approach to pastoral leadership, each man specializing in a particular area of ministry but as an equal "partner" with the others.  As part of that team, a "senior" or "teaching" pastor would serve as a "player/coach". Day-to-day decisions made by the Pastoral Team; major decisions affirmed by the Directors.

Membership ---- Formal Members (Directors), Temporary Members, Associate Members. Formal and/or temporary membership for anyone who is Baptistic in theology, scripturally baptized, willing to practice the personal Christian disciplines of prayer, Bible study, witnessing, tithing, and growth, submitted to the leadership team for accountability, actively involved in ongoing disciple and leadership training, faithfully ministering and sharing the Gospel.  Formal “voting” membership (Directors) would be built on strong expectations and conduct.  Associate members would have no “voting” or leadership rights, but could serve as prayer warriors, raise support, and when physically possible participate in the ministry effort.

Location ---- Beginning in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, Cedar County, the State of Missouri, the USA; then from here to Livingston, Guatamala; Quito, Ecuador and Santiago, Chile.

Purpose ---- glorify God in everything through aggressive evangelism, intentional church planting, strategic ministry, focused leadership development, city and nation-wide prayer, caring ministry life.

Target groups ---- people of all ages and nationalities, but specializing in young adults, university students, families, teens, and others as God opens doors.

Ministry forms ---- to gather for corporate worship, equip in small groups, workshops, seminars; minister through home groups as "houses of prayer"; cover the nations in prayer; scatter for aggressive and strategic evangelism.

Outreach and discipling ministries ---- by using English as a second language, sports evangelism, English classes, evangelistic aerobics, evangelistic cooking and hospitality, ministry to orphans, prison ministry, leadership training seminars/school, worship services, evangelistic home Bible study groups, heart language fellowship groups, church planting through cell group and house church models, evangelistic movie nights, and any other practical ideas that may surface.

The inspiration for this comes from one of my mentors and my friend, Pastor Bob Tolliver of Life Unlimited Ministries, Collins, Missouri.  I changed some of the wording to fit my own Ministry but I could not find anything doctrinally I would change.
